Then the meat Sprinkle it with shio / salt and Kusho / pepper to give taste . Make fire heat low Mix the Shoyu , Mirin , garlic , shoga and a little bit of shiokusho/ salt and pepper . Mix it well to form the shogayaki sauce Put the sauce to the meat and mix . Then put your shogayaki on the plate put some cabbage to if you want .
