| 豚バラ薄切り肉 | 300g |

| 白菜 | 1/2株 |
| A水 | カップ6 |
| A醤油 | 大2 |
| A塩 | 小1/2 |
- 白菜を一枚ずつはがし、白菜と豚肉を交互に約4枚重ねる。 5cm幅に切り、鍋のふちに沿って敷き詰める。
- ほんだしをまんべんなくふり入れ、 Aを入れて火にかける。 沸騰したら蓋をして煮る。 ネギを乗せてもok(⁼̴̀ૢ꒳⁼̴́ૢ๑)
