Cold Brewed Coffee 2 Ways - Part 3

Small fatdough

材料 人数 1人

iced coffee:
cold brewed coffee 1/3 cup or more
cold brewed coffee enuff to fill ice cubes trays
high quality dark chocolate a few shaves
condensed milk 1 heaped tbsp or more
banana coffee smoothie:
frozen banana 2
greek yogurt 1/2 cup
high quality unsweetened cocoa powder 1 heaped tbsp
cold brewed coffee 1/3 cup or more
fresh banana sliced for garnish
grade 'a' maple syrup 1 tbsp or more
cold brewed coffee ice cubes 5

作り方

  1. iced coffee: in an ice cube tray, shave some dark chocolate into the ice cube molds. pour cold brewed coffee over the dark chocolate and freeze completely
  2. during serving, add about 5 coffee ice cubes into into serving jar. fill 1/3 of serving jar with cold brewed coffee. fill the rest of the jar with water. add in condensed milk. cover the jar tightly with lid and shake until foamy. open the lid and serve! voila! iced coffee!
  3. banana coffee smoothie: measure serving jar with 1/3 cold brewed coffee and add into a blender. add frozen banana, coffee ice cubes, maple syrup, yogurt and cocoa powder. blitz the mixture up until smooth. pour into serving jar. garnish with sliced banana and serve! voila! banana coffee smoothie!
Point you can get cold brewed coffee tips and directions in my cold brewed coffee recipe i am using Valrhona Dark Chocolate 70%. you can use the percentage you desire. i am using Valrhona unsweetened cocoa powder. you can use fresh riped banana and freeze it until ready to use.
