Cold Brewed Coffee 2 Ways - Part 2

latte:
cold brewed coffee	1/3 cup
whole milk	1 cup
coffee grounds	for garnish
mocha:
cold brewed coffee	1/3 cup
high quality dark chocolate shaved	1/4 cup
whole milk	3/4 cup
cocoa powder	for dusting

follow the tips, tricks and directions in my cold brewed coffee recipe to make cold brewed coffee
lets make latte: if you have a milk frother, great. if not, you can use a blender or even a heat proof mason jar with an air tight lid
in a sauce pot over medium-low heat, pour in whole milk. if you have a milk frother, you can at this point froth your milk until foamy, remove from heat as soon as it is about to boil. if not using a milk frother, as soon as bubbles start to form, remove from heat. do not let the milk boil
if using a blender, carefully pour the warm milk into the blender and blend until foamy if using a heat proof mason jar with an air tight lid, pour the warm milk into the jar and seal with lid. shake the milk until foamy
pour cold brewed coffee into serving cup. using a spoon to block the foamed milk from pouring into the coffee, pour the frothed milk into the coffee until about 1/8 full. scoop the foamed milk onto the coffee until the cup is full. garnish with coffee grounds and serve! voila! latte cold brewed coffee
lets make mocha: prepare the milk the same way as stated above.
add shaved chocolate into serving cup. pour cold brewed coffee into serving cup. using a spoon to block the foamed milk from pouring into the coffee, pour the frothed milk into the coffee until about 1/8 full. scoop the foamed milk onto the coffee until the cup is full. using a strainer to dust cocoa powder over the mocha and serve! voila! mocha cold brewed coffee!
