lets grill the chicken ham 1st. in a griddle or frying pan, melt a knob of butter and grill the chicken ham
when the ham is done, drain it on paper towel and let rest. place the sandwich bread onto the pan to soak up all the juice that the ham had left off. turn the heat down to low and watch or the bread will burn
place the chedder cheese onto the bread. place a knob of butter into the pan and as soon as the cheese starts to melt a little, flip the bread and let the cheese grill
watch the bread or it will get burn. once done, remove from heat and set aside
lets make the scramble eggs. in a sauce pot (no heat on), crack 3 eggs and a knob of butter
turn the heat to low. using a spatula, keep stiring the eggs. you have to watch it cos the eggs will get cook very fast. keep stiring until the butter had melted. remove from heat, season with salt and pepper and lastly the sour cream. and back into the heat. stir well to combine and remove from heat
lastly mix in the cilantro into the egg. assemble the sandwich with grilled cheese bread, ham and the scramble eggs. voila! a nice hearty breakfast meal...
you can use any ham or even bacon.
you can use any herbs; basil, parsley or dill.
